Cellectis S.A, located in Paris (75), invites applications for a Research Assistant for the Research and Development department. This position is focused on the development of new leads for Cellectis therapeutics’ program for adoptive immunotherapy. Candidate should be highly self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-moving, goal-oriented environment.
The successful candidate should have at least three years of experience in the following areas:
- Experience working with primary T cells, including expansion, transduction and electroporation.
- Experience withmulticolor flow cytometry as well as data analysis using FlowJo software.
- Proficient in immunology techniques including ELISA, cytotoxicity and proliferation assays.
- Experience in molecular biology.
Self-motivation, flexibility, and assistance to ongoing research work are essential.
Written and communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are required.
